The grill fires up 3 hours before each game and serves through half-time.

Similar to their in-store experience, the food truck is equipped with a grill. The team grills fresh for each order. Football fans can get a steak or chicken entrée, complete with their choice of grilled vegetables and signature sauces. Everything is made-to-order. The company is proud of their grill-centric approach. Grilling-to-order is something PepperJax is passionate about and they refused to stray from that brand staple. Whether you’re in a restaurant or in front of the truck, grilling each entrée to order is just something they do.

PepperJax Grill is a Nebraska-born restaurant. They have three restaurants located in Lincoln, Nebraska and 14 total through-out the state. The rest are located in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, South Dakota, and Minnesota. For more information on locations, visit Our Locations and Menus | PepperJax Grill | Custom Cheesesteaks and More
