The Philly Cheesesteak is what made us famous. It starts with freshly grilled proteins and vegetables piled on an authentic hearth-baked roll that comes from a bakery in Philadelphia. We toast every roll to order before adding 4 slices of Swiss/American cheese. It’s a perfect balance of freshness in every bite. And for those nay-sayers who try to tell us an authentic cheesesteak comes with cheese-wiz…. stick to the East side of the Mississippi!
Rice Bowls
Our rice bowls start with a bed of citrus-cilantro rice mixed with a house seasoning blend. They come with your choice of black or pinto beans, grilled protein & vegetables, and selections of toppings, dressings, and sauces.
If you’re looking to save the silverware, throw in a side of tortilla chips! They’re the perfect scoop for each hearty bite.
Burrito
Basically, a burrito is a hand-held rice bowl! We take the same ingredients we use in our rice bowls and wrap them up in a delicious flour tortilla. Leaning towards the lighter side? Skip the rice and double up on the lettuce to turn your burrito into a wrap.
The size of our burritos depends on what you decide to put in them! They come with your choice of citrus-cilantro rice, black or pinto beans, grilled protein and vegetables, and a selection of toppings, dressings, and sauces. Personally, we say go big or go home!

Salads aren’t just a starter; they can be the whole meal. Our salads come with your choice of grilled protein and vegetables piled on a bed of fresh lettuce. Top it off with your choice of toppings and our house-made ranch or choice dressings. It’s a low carb way to indulge.

We’re not talking about a $5 box or warmed-over plate here. We’re talking grilled proteins, grilled vegetables, liquid-gold cheese sauce, beans, toppings, house-made salsas & ranch or sour cream — all loaded on tortilla chips. In fact, it’s so much goodness that we ship the chips separately to avoid the sog-out effect during the drive.
Loaded Fries
This one is for the extra hungry! We took all the goodies from the loaded nachos and put them on a bed of our freshy made steak fries instead of chips. Eat them with a fork or by hand, just note, you will need lots of napkins! Like this is the only time it is acceptable to grab a fat stack from us number of napkins. Enjoy as a shareable for the group or go at it alone – don’t worry, we won’t judge!
Protein Power Bowl
The protein power bowl is the newest entrée on our menu and was created by our customers who were looking to skip the carbs in our traditional entrees but still get all the options to add-on. This bowl is packed with protein and comes with two scoops of beans, your choice of grilled protein and vegetables, and a selection of toppings, dressings, and sauces. Don’t let the look of it fool you, this is one packed little bowl.
