PepperJax Grill is opening a new location in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Located just North of the 204 and Maple Street intersection, the site is currently scheduled to open late summer pending construction completion. This will be the 18th PepperJax location in the state of Nebraska.
The brand started in Omaha, Nebraska in January of 2002 and just celebrated 20 years of grilling. As part of their celebration, they opened a new Omaha Headquarters. In the last few years, they have introduced an updated look and logo and have started rolling out dual-grill kitchens to accommodate dine-in and drive-thru customers. Elkhorn guests will have the drive-thru option. There are also options for APP ordering and direct delivery if you are within their grill delivery zone.
The company is currently in the process of hiring key positions for the opening including General Manager, Assistant Manager, and shift supervisors. They’re known for their philly cheesesteak and customizable menu options. In addition to the philly, they serve rice bowls, burritos, salads, loaded nachos and fries. All entrees come with options for grilled veggies, toppings, dressings, and sauces. Guests can pick and choose the ingredients they like. They also have a full catering menu available and kid’s meal options.
