What You'll Do As a Shift Leader, you'll help create a great experience for both your team and our guests. Lead shifts and keep the team organized when things get busy. Work alongside Crew Members to prepare food and serve guests. Coach teammates and help new employees learn the ropes. Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards. Handle guest concerns and communicate with restaurant management. Help open and close the restaurant. At PepperJax, leaders lead from the floor. What Makes a Great Shift Leader? We're looking for someone who: Leads by example and treats people with respect. Stays calm and makes good decisions under pressure. Takes ownership and follows through. Enjoys coaching others and building a strong team. Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You must be at least 18 years old and available to work a restaurant leadership schedule.
